1) Services & Scope

2) Booking, Confirmation & Communication

• How to book. Send an email to contact@flowingrealities.com with your preferred essence, duration (30 min / 60 min), time zone / availability, and preferred platform (Zoom video, Telegram / Signal audio).
• Confirmation. We will confirm by email the date, time, connection details, and payment instructions.
• Technical requirements. You are responsible for having a stable connection, working audio equipment (headphones recommended), and a quiet environment.

3) Pricing, Payment & Taxes

• Pricing. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in euros (EUR) and VAT is not applicable where relevant. Current private-session prices (subject to change): 60 min — 150 EUR, 30 min — 90 EUR.
• Overtime. Sessions end at the scheduled time. If you choose to continue beyond the stated duration, overtime is billed at 30 EUR per started 10-minute block. By continuing after the timer ends, you accept this rate. You may set an overtime cap in advance (for example “max 10 minutes”). Without a cap, overtime may continue in 10-minute increments until either party ends the session. Example: +18 minutes → 60 EUR.
• Payment. Via PayPal, Stripe, or other methods specified in the confirmation email. Payment is due before the session starts unless agreed otherwise.
• Invoices. Available on request.

4) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-shows

• If you cancel or reschedule. Please notify us by email at least 24 hours in advance. 24 hours or more: full refund or free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours: we reserve the right to charge 100% of the fee or offer a partial credit, at our discretion.
• If we cancel or reschedule. If we need to cancel or move a session, you may choose a new slot or receive a full refund.
• No-shows / lateness. No-shows are charged in full. If you arrive late, the session duration is shortened accordingly and still ends at the originally scheduled time.

5) Recordings, Transcripts & Publication

• Private sessions. Not recorded or published by default. We may provide an audio recording and, on request, an AI-generated transcript for your personal use. Publication is opt-in only; you may choose anonymity or credit. You may withdraw consent later and we will remove the content from our channels, although lawful prior uses and technical caches may persist.
• Public sessions / larger groups. These sessions may be recorded and shared by default, as stated on the event page. Participation implies your consent. If you prefer not to be identifiable, use a pseudonym and avoid sharing sensitive information.
• Small private groups (up to 3 to 4 people). Treated like private sessions unless the event description states otherwise.

6) Confidentiality & Conduct

• Confidentiality. We treat private sessions as confidential unless you opt in to publication on this site. For groups, we ask all participants to respect the privacy of others; however, we cannot control third-party behavior outside the session.
• Respectful conduct. We may refuse or stop a session in cases of harassment, hate speech, unlawful conduct, or disruptive behavior, without refund.

7) Events (Groups / Circles)

• Registration. Details appear on the event page (date / time, platform, price, capacity).
• Access. Links are personal; please do not share them publicly.
• Recording. If an event is identified as recorded / shared, participating implies your consent to that publication as described.

8) Membership / Restricted Area (if applicable)

• Access. Some content (for example transcripts or documents) may be reserved for members. Access is tied to your user role or subscription; sharing credentials is prohibited.
• Noindex / private distribution. Member-only content is not intended for republication. Do not copy, scrape, extract, or share these materials outside the member area.
• Billing. If a paid subscription is offered later, specific terms may apply and will be stated on the signup or payment page.

9) Use of the Site

• Intellectual property & content. Site content is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use it to create derivative works without permission.
• Acceptable use. Do not attempt to impair site security, overload the site, or automate access beyond normal browsing.
• Third-party links. We are not responsible for external websites or their policies.

• No guarantee of outcome. We cannot guarantee any specific result. You remain responsible for your choices and actions.
• Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a session or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the session giving rise to the claim, or 150 EUR if no specific amount applies.
• Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as internet outages, platform failures, or illness.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by French law.
• Jurisdiction. The courts of the place of our registered address have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may allow you to bring claims before the courts of your place of residence.
• Mediation. As a consumer, you may use a mediation scheme where available, or contact us for guidance.

Language & Precedence

For convenience, these Terms may be provided in both French and English. In the event of divergence, the French version prevails.
