These Terms govern your use of the Website and your purchase/participation in our sessions, events, and related services. By using the Website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services & Scope

We offer private 1:1 sessions, small private group sessions (up to 3–4 people), public/big group sessions and circles, and published transcripts/recordings. Details (duration, format, pricing) appear on relevant pages (e.g., Book a Session, Events).

No medical/legal advice. Sessions are for personal exploration and education. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Languages. We work in English and French.

Age. Services are for individuals 18+. Minors require written consent of a parent/guardian and may be declined at our discretion.

2) Booking, Confirmation & Communication

  • How to book. Email contact@flowingrealities.com with preferred essence, duration (30mins/60mins), timezone/availability, and platform (Zoom video, Telegram/Signal audio).
  • Confirmation. We’ll confirm by email with date/time, platform details, and payment instructions.
  • Tech requirements. You’re responsible for a stable connection, audio setup (headset recommended), and a quiet environment.

3) Pricing, Payment & Taxes

  • Prices. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in EUR and VAT is non applicable (if applicable).
    Current private rates (subject to change): 60 min — 150 €, 30 min — 90 €.
  • Overtime policy. Sessions end at the scheduled time. If you choose to continue past the on-screen timer, overtime is billed at €30 per each started 10 minutes. By continuing after the timer, you agree to this rate.
    You may set an overtime cap in advance (e.g., “max 10 minutes”). Without a cap, overtime may continue in 10-minute increments until either party stops.
    Example: +18 minutes → €60.
  • Payment. PayPal, Stripe (or other methods if specified in the confirmation). Payment is due before the session starts unless otherwise agreed.
  • Invoices. Provided upon request.

4) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • You cancel/reschedule. Please give at least 24 hours notice by email.
    • ≥24h: full refund or free reschedule.
    • <24h: we reserve the right to charge 100% or offer a partial credit at our discretion.
  • We cancel/reschedule. If we must reschedule or cancel, you may choose a new slot or receive a full refund.
  • No-shows / late arrival. No-shows are billable in full. Late arrivals reduce session time; the session ends at the scheduled time.

Right of withdrawal (EU). For consumer purchases at a distance, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal right. By asking us to perform the service within this period, you expressly acknowledge that once the session is delivered, your withdrawal right no longer applies (Art. L221-25 Code de la Consommation / GDPR-aligned consumer rules). If you cancel before delivery, normal cancellation terms apply.

5) Recordings, Transcripts & Publication

  • Private sessions: Not recorded/published by default. We may provide an audio recording and, on request, an AI transcript for your personal use. Publication is opt-in only—you may choose anonymous or credited. You can later withdraw consent and we’ll remove the content from our channels (prior lawful uses/caches may persist).
  • Public / big group sessions: These may be recorded and shared by default as stated on the event page. Participation implies consent. If you prefer not to be identifiable, use a display name and avoid sharing sensitive details.
  • Small private groups (up to 3–4): Treated like private sessions unless the event description states otherwise.

Copyright. Unless stated otherwise, all recordings, transcripts, edits, and excerpts are © Jean-Baptiste Duret / Flowing Realities. For private sessions, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Do not publish, distribute, or upload the materials (including to social platforms or training datasets) without our written permission. See also our Privacy Policy and Copyright section therein.

6) Confidentiality & Conduct

  • Confidentiality. We treat private sessions as confidential unless you opt in for publication on this website. For group settings, we ask all participants to respect each other’s privacy; we cannot control third-party behavior outside the session.
  • Respectful conduct. We may refuse or stop a session for harassment, hate speech, unlawful behavior, or disruptive conduct, with no refund.

7) Events (Groups/Circles)

  • Registration. Details appear on the event page (date/time, platform, price, capacity).
  • Access. Links are personal; please don’t share them publicly.
  • Recording notice. If an event is marked as recorded/shared, joining implies consent to publication as described.

8) Membership / Restricted Area (if applicable)

  • Access. Certain transcripts or materials may be available to members only. Access is tied to your user role/subscription; sharing credentials is prohibited.
  • Noindex / private distribution. Member materials are not intended for republication. Do not copy/extract/share outside the membership area.
  • Billing. If a paid membership is offered later, separate terms may apply; we’ll link them on the join/checkout page.

9) Website Use

  • IP & Content. Site content is protected by copyright and other IP rights. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use it to create derivative works without permission.
  • Acceptable use. Don’t attempt to breach security, overload the site, or automate access beyond normal browsing.
  • Links to third parties. We’re not responsible for external sites or their policies.

10) Privacy, Cookies & Data

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (both linked in the footer). By using our services, you acknowledge those policies.

AI training & scraping signals. Our policies regarding dataset/AI training and automated scraping are set out in the Privacy/Cookie Policies and/or on specific pages. Respect any robots/meta/header directives we publish.

11) Disclaimers & Liability

  • No guarantees. We can’t guarantee specific outcomes. You remain responsible for your choices and actions.
  • Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a session or the Website is limited to the amount you paid for the session that gave rise to the claim (or €150 if none).
  • Force majeure. We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, platform failures, illness).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by French law.
  • Jurisdiction. Courts at the location of our registered address have jurisdiction, subject to consumer law rules granting you local courts.
  • Mediation. As a consumer, you can use a mediation scheme. (or contact us to be directed).

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version applies from the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be signposted on the Website.
