The Essences
Meet the voices behind the Wisdom
Non-physical guides to help you navigate physical life.
Choose the Guidance You Need Right Now
Different essences have different reasons to engage with us. Channels choose if/when to work with more than one and by which modality (words, movements, paintings, music). However it’s expressed, the energy does the first layer of communication.
- Lazour – soft clarity for the individual (self-trust, self-love, extracting knowledge from experiences, interconnectedness).
- The Fah’ra – a collective that turns reality creation into a game (reframes, “tiny” experiments, playful precision).
- Anaiyah – shadow & sovereignty (incisive truth, boundaries, decisive moves).
Think of them as distinct voices in the same chorus. Sometimes one steps forward; sometimes it’s a blend; always in harmony.
How the energy exchange works (in practice)
- Energy & translation. I open the channel and “step back” in agreement to allow the exchange between you and the essence. Their energy moves through different layers of consciousness and is translated into words you can understand; yet the primary communication is energetic, which participants sometimes feel or sense in their body.
- No predictions. These essences don’t forecast futures. As they put it, you create and choose in the moment. Their role is to help you see how you do that, so that you can do it intentionally instead of on autopilot.
An energy personality essence is a distinct, recognizable pattern of consciousness—non-physical, coherent, and self-aware—that can interact with us. In Seth/Elias terms, it’s not “outside of you” so much as a wider expression of you. You can say it’s your soul, or your oversoul.
How Seth & Elias use the word “essence”
- Seth (via Jane Roberts): Essence is a larger, multidimensional gestalt. Your physical self is one focus of that essence. Communication with other essences (or aspects of your own) is natural, not exotic.
- Elias (via Mary Ennis): Essence is you, expanded—with many simultaneous focuses (lives). “Families of consciousness” describe tones/purposes (e.g., Ilda connects with exchange, Tumold for the return to the natural state, Vold for changing the status quo). The point isn’t hierarchy—it’s function and cooperation.
TL;DR: Essence = a stable signature of awareness; personality = a local expression of that awareness.
What an essence is not
- Not a deity to worship, not a dead relative (by default), not an infallible authority.
- Not a replacement for therapy, medicine, or your own agency.
- Not here to override your choices—you remain your own authority.
How to engage (simple plan)
- Bring your questions. Something that actually matters to you.
- Have the conversation. Expect precise questions and small experiments.
- Apply it. Try one step; notice the result; adjust.
You may not grasp everything in the moment. Seeds often sprout weeks, or months later, sometimes in surprising ways.
